Sir,i am a customer of kolkata circle.but i shifted ti khar@per in 2017.since then jio network coverage has been really terrible.outside house it is alright.
but inside either zero availability or so poor condition that I have to go the roof to make a simple phone call.data speed is also an issue .highest speed maximum time 100-200 kbps.
Above 600 kbps speed is like a dream.y es yes I won’t lie i get that much speed.but when? Night 3 am ,4am. Now every day you can’t stay awake to browse internet.
I called customer care zillions times.everytime same response “we will look into this matter”.
No time commitment nothing.i asked them to connect to their higher authority or technician. No response.
