Dear Jio Care,

I live in a rural area of Dehradun, Uttarakhand and in this area the network of jio are too worse to catch. Me including my friends and area people are sick of the network problem due to which we are unable to access the Internet as well as can’t call properly to anyone.

Due to this major problem most of the people are porting their mobile number’s into other connection and mostly have done it.

So I request Jio network to provide the excellent service of their network to our area through installation of a 4G tower of high range.

Your response to my request/complaint will be awaited.
