My jio net speed is very low from last 10 days. When I was dailing to customer care they are saying that they will repair it within 3 to 4 days from day 1 but on 11th day also the net speed is slow.
I dont know whether they are thinking customers as fools or making customers fools. I am doing work from home and I am not getting speed from day 1.
Will they return my 10 days data or money or when they will solve the issue
