On 6th Feb , I had booked orders worth Rs 2281.70 and I was delivered wrong items worth around Rs 200-300. Every time I raise a complaint, I get a mail saying that issue is resolved. Call centre says store people will call you. But till today ie 15th Feb, neither have I got the refund nor the items. How can a renowned brand cheat like this. I escalated the matter to their cshead- but no response.
