I Have Booked an order on JIO mart on 19.07.2020 for total order value of Rs 1285.65/-. The total amount was paid by me through prepaid mode by paytm wallet. But after that they booked order of Rs 585.14/- due to unavailability of some items to thier side. And the generated my refund amount of Rs 700.51/-. But from that date to till date i m not getting my refund back. Also i have emailed 8-10 times to JIO care but no any response from their side. So finally i reached to you. So please help me in this matter. The todays screen shot taken from JIO mart app for that order its till showing refund initiated remark only. Also after logging complaint to JIO customer care after 1-2 days the closed that complaint automatically without any resolution.

i placed order on 30/11/2020,but they cancelled my order #16067132069026103A,of amount 602 rs
& money is not refunded yet its 12 days crossed whenever i called customer care they told to wait 7 days everytime ,i called them 10 times more but they not responding
my registered number is 7044010948
i believe they run scam in the name of jio mart
