I had ordered cashews (2 nos. With offer 1+1 free which is total 4 packets ) from Jiomart and the same was delivered on 25th May. The quality of the cashews was very bad and substandard hence l returnes the same on 27th May and since then l am struggling to get the refund of Rs.1280/-.
I have made several written complaints and numerous phone calls complaints and follow ups but till date i.e. 6th July l haven’t received the refund.
My humble request to get my refund with interest and compensation on priority and take stern action against Jiomart for cheating nad looting customers.
