Order # 15962811969068000A, SR# 0023266867, 0023163299, 0023060562, 00041aFK4J9YP34Y. Above are the Service request numbers generated by JIO Mart on email, with no resolution provided since a month. Their call centers are non responsive, email always generates a new SR # and no body bothers to pickup the phone and reply on the query. I have place my first order a month back, order status shows delivered at night 12.45 pm. How is that possible, they acknowledge that the order is not delivered and dont even bother to refund the amount.
