I have ordered goods worth approximately Rs.1000 on JIO MART App on 19.08.2020 vide order no. 15978041299014872A and supposed to be delivered by 21.08.20. Later the delivery date was shifted to 23.08.20 and subsequently to 26.08.20. Further, on the JIO MART App presently, the statement is showing as delivered, whereas the goods have not been yet delivered. I have lodged online complaints, telephonic complaints (toll free number) and also contacted store managers of Reliance Fresh from where the items were to be delivered. But they have not yet delivered the goods. The order is PREPAID. Neither they are delivering the goods nor issuing refund. I am just helpless and can’t digest the unethical behavior of RELIANCE. What an irony, the name is RELIANCE and the behavior is?????
