Text of Complaint by GIRISH:

I Ordered some grocery on JIO Mart app on 25th Oct. 21 but due to 5-6 days delivery time for essential grocery items I cancelled My order on same day for which I’ve paid Rs.2,708/-. Now its almost 1 months lapsed nothing is coming to my account from jio mart I contacted them so many time but only response from them is that we have already sent refund, which is not received by me
