I ordered from Jio Mart on 8th August worth Rs 9393. I have not received my order but on the website it shows as delivered. I requested them to cancel my order and process my refund. They mailed me on 14th August that they have initiated my refund. Since then I am trying to get to them but no response from them and I have not received my refund yet.
