I brought jio bharat b1 model mobile jio Mart shopping app .After opened the box starting the mobile started hanging I am not satisfied with the product. So I decided to return my product. But they rejected my return request and they told this is not returnable product and there is nothing mentioned at all in the description of the phone in jio mart or any notifications.
