I have order Chopper through Jio mart but due to poor quality i have initiated return same day. After returning order, we are continuously contacting Jio mart to pick material but on one supporting us including customer care. They do false commitment every time and reject material due to unavailability of manpower. Neither they are picking up material nor returning money.
