I have orders Vegetables and Groceries form Jio Mart on August 2nd. Its been more than 23 days, I didn’t receive my order yet but it is showing delivered in the app. I had called the customer care so many times and no response from them. They told they have raised a complaint and it will be resolved within 24 hours. There is no mail or call till today. Worst Customer Care service. I didn’t expect such service from JioMart. Will not trust this Jio Mart never and ever. Shame on them!
