Text of Complaint by VINAY KAMAT:

I have ordered grocery on 15th Aug and I prepaid for the order through Google pay after the successful transaction the order got DECLINED. I haven’t been refunded. Order no is 15974829899382219A. Called JIO Mart customer service 1800 890 1222 several times but no response. Wrote an email to cs@jiomart & cshead@jiomart but no response whatsoever.
