Hi Team, I have booked Grocery & Vegetable Item from JIO mart on 13th Jul 2020 with the order number 15946223319019837W . But due to security issue for the current lockdown situation, the item was not able to delivered at my door step & I have collected the items from the deliver person outside my township premises. I have carried the item by 2 times through my bike to my home. In this time I don’t know what happened the delivery person told he has given all the item to me & he told he don’t have time to calculate one by one so he told me to check at home itself.
When I checked the item I found 8 grocery Item missing happened & rotten tomato I got in vegetable.
When I complained for the same the Customer care person took my complain & gave a complain number Complain Number 0022659147.
He assured me that I will get the call back from her team. But I have not get any call their end. When I called to the customer care on 1800-890-1222 the customer care agent named as Vishal Playing with me & asked me to call from the registered mobile number. So He has not give the solution even denied to provide the complain number details.
Easily the number we are not able to reach & even after lot of try if from my side I have tried to reach them then they are not responding at all.
I am till now not received my missing item or the refund. Need help from your end.
I Have order of Rs.6,186.14 but received only of Rs. 4206. I need the refund of Rs.1980.
