I have placed an order on March 18th. It was a product on offer with a discount of 40%. The product was supposed to be delivered in 4 days and the delivery got postponed 10 times. I got a message that due to technical issue, they are cancelling the order. I placed an order later and they cancelled the order citing the same technical issue. When I spoke to customer support, they assured and promised me that it won’t happen again. Yesterday I placed an order and they cancelled the product citing the same technical issue and customer support executive told me to reorder the product and they will take my issue as feedback. They told they cant provide me with any solution and told that they wont repeat the issue
