I have ordered groceries from jio mart on 4/7/2023. The order supposedly delivered on 7/7/2023. But the order suddenly canceled at approximately 6 pm on 7/7/2023 without my knowledge. When I called the customer care they simply said it’s technical glitche, your money will return with in 7 days. This is not about money, they can call me and told me about the issue. But after 2 days of order on the delivery date they canceled the order without informing me.
