I had ordered for 1240 on 16th of August, 2021 which was to be delivered on 19th. A messege comes on 19 that order has been despatched with delivery code but no order comes. On 20th again the same messege comes with the same delivery code that the order is out for delivery but again no order reaches at my home. Then in the evening when I checked the order status, it shows returned. And jiomart cancel the order with its own will without even coming at my home. When I complained about this then jiomart simply close the complain without taking any action on the defaulting delivery person. It means jiomart is taking the public money and earn interest on them and then cancel the orders after earning interest for a week. This type of attitude is not expected from Jio mart. We should stop ordering jiomart and boycott jio products. Kindly take strict action againt the defaulting persons.
