Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased [Kelvinator 2L 1800W] from JioMart on[17/10/22]. I had placed the order on [17/10/22] and received my order on [22/10/22]. The order Id is 16660156640404473A. However, upon receiving the product, I found out it is Broken & Same day I raised a return request.

After contacting customer service, I booked a return with the assurance of a refund within Seven days. Hence clearly indicating this issue returned the product on [29/10/22].

It has been 15 days since I returned the product, but I have not yet received my refund amount. Even after many phone calls to customer service, there has been no proper response regarding this matter & I order reconnect products (Reconnect Captain America Sandwich Maker & Reconnect Disney Princess 2-Slice Pop-up Toaster) several times but orders get cancelled automatically.

I need to mention that I am utterly disappointed with this kind of response and behavior from a reputed company like yours. I chose your portal due to its on-time delivery and high quality.

But this issue has disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of product from JioMart, and also this issue of losing my money & time on such faulty products. I request you to solve my issue by refunding me money.
