We placed the 1st order on 3rd of July which we were suppose to get on 5th of July but we got it on 9th july that too with rotten vegetables and rotten bread packet. Complaint lodged to jio mart but nobody respond back. Again we placed order on 12th of July which we have not received yet, no communication no apologies nothing and I have to keep calling jio mart and they will keep promising that manager will call back bla bla still till no there is no communication even we have not got the money back which we already paid.
I want to escalate it to as much high as you can everyday almost I am spending my time for calling jio mart.
