My mobile# is 9145112521 which is still operating under postpaid plan of RS 509 per month. The plan has been discontinued long time back and no more existing. The service provider has neither informed me about discontinuation of the plan nor asked my choice on migration of the existing post paid plan or discontinuation. Instead, a monthly bill are regularly being forwarded to my mail ID and I am regularly paying the amount. On knowing the discontinuation of the plan for which they were charging, I visited 7 different JIO stores to switch over the plan to a prepaid one, but none of them have helped me to resolve the issues. I have submitted an application with JIO store at Ganpathy, Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu on 10/9/19, but they have not yet processed the same and was insisting for my Aadhar card details. I had submitted the application along with a copy of my driver’s license but the status of my application is unknown.
