I am currently existing customer of jio. I am facing a slow data issue from many days and i have keep complaining relaten to this issue to them . They are not committing me to solve my problem and even they are not providing me a right information like their complaint mail id and even not they are listening me and behaving very rudely . I have my 2 gb data pack per day and am not also able to use 1 gb out of it.
