JIO is number one fraud as cheating my security deposit refund of Rs 4500/=

Thanks for your reply. Heretofore I have spoken to ten customer service executive since February 15th but all turned out to be hocus-pocus. Let me see whether you can be of help to me in receiving my security deposit of Rs 4500/=
The history of my pain goes like this. I have been using Jio fibre since 2018 December for which I paid security deposit of Rs 4500/=
Due to inexplicable reasons I needed to vacate my rental residence at the end of January 2020.
So I requested JIO to shift my connection to my new rental residence which was declined by JIO and I was asked to cancel the connection and apply for new connections.
As per JIO request I placed cancellation request on 22/01/2020 and JIO technician collected my modem and setup box on 31/01/2020 along with my bank details for refund of my security deposit
In order to confirm the process I have rechecked with JIO on February 03rd. JIO has acknowledged the receipt of modem and setup box and my bank account details
As per JIO policy from 15th of February I have been pursuing for my refund through JIO customer care.
JIO is just giving apologies after apologies and giving false promises after false promises that I would receive within 24 hours and within 48hours. But all those executives are liars and dirty bastards and bitches taking no action against my complaints.
In the meantime almost every alternate day JIO technician calling me and asking me give back modem and setup box.
This is the dirty trick by JIO if you keep my cancellation request open you don’t have to refund my money. So in order to cheat the customer whoever is the bastardss or bitch purposely keeping my cancellation request open and denying my payment
Now you tell me how to abuse such bastards and bitches. What right you have to withhold my refund unjustly. I swore all with dirtiest words but no one is sensitive to my words. And I continue to abuse until I receive my money
