Since last 8 months jio services is horrible. more than hundred complain done, but no use. Only I am paying monthly plan fees.

We are very sorry to say that in my location Jio speed is less than 0.1kbps/sec since last 8 months. Jio team receives huge complains but can not do anything. I have three connections in my house. All have been useless. Jio care is sometimes taking 7 days or 10 days or 2 months to rectify the problem. But they failed. My request is that Ambaniji is a richest man, then why looting poor’s money without giving any service? Pl. give proper service and then ask for money. Already you are paid for past 8 months without your service. Even for antivirus updating we use airtel 2G as jio 4G is not working.
