Dear concern,
I have been using Jio network in Raja Bazar, Patna for a long time but the internet network has not been fully functioning for the last 6 months, I called Customer Care 198 to file a complaint but they continue to advise me that the work is going on and also refusing to file complaints.
Your quick action and advice will be appreciated.
