Hey sir/mam , I have Airtel 4g hotspots with postpaid sim, I have paid all the bills at your office which is in Ambikapur ,surguja C.G. 497001,but the manager of the office does not provide me the payment receipt. He said it Will come in email but no email have came ..it is done earlier also..he took 400 rupees for just a sim and took extra money in the name of recharge..He is manipulating customer as well as yours authority..sir please reply on this
