I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my service request SR00002LP9F4. The engineer visit was scheduled between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, but no one arrived during the allotted time.
Upon checking, I found the assigned engineer’s name (Lakavath Rakesh) and attempted to contact him through the call option provided. My call was rejected. I then reached out to customer care, who shared his personal number and asked me to contact him directly. When I did so, the engineer’s response was unprofessional and disrespectful. He stated in a reckless manner that he would not fix the issue.
This behavior is unacceptable, and I request immediate action to:
Address the service delay.
Ensure the issue with my internet connection is resolved promptly.
Review the conduct of the assigned engineer.
I expect a timely resolution and a confirmation of the corrective steps being taken.
