Text of Complaint by Juliet Thaker:

Dear Sir,

I am lodging my complain regarding the above.

On 4th June,Mr Ajit More cell no 919082962421 had filled up my online form and taken payment for the connection at 301, Del House, Central Avenue, Santacruz (W). Had that time, he had assured me that the connection had to be finished within 48 hours as per the rules laid down by the company. If not there was a penalty. He also informed me that if I needed it urgently then I should speak to Mr Goyal – his boss cell no 91 8928524187. My first call to Mr Goyal was on 5th Wednesday to request him to complete the work by 6th (48 hours) since i was scheduled to be out of town.

After repeated call and msgs to Mr More who refused to pick up or reply to my message, I called Mr Goyal who assured me that it would be that evening or on Friday. After a couple of reminders, Mr Goyal did send two boys who came and checked and could not find the wires. Mr Suraj, cell no 6261679443 (one of the boys) then requested us to call our electrician and the time fixed was Monday 10th at 12.30. He then reported the same to Mr Goyal in my presence.

On 10th as scheduled my electrician was on site at 12.30 but no sign of the Suraj + 1. When called me, he informed that the router which was assigned to me was given away to another customer and he did not have the Rs.4500/- and hence would not be able to come. On reasoning with him he agreed to come and understand from my electrician where the wires were and informed me that he is on his way and would be there in 20 mins After good 35 mins when I called he has the cheek to tell me that he will take another hr as he was at another customer place.

In the meantime I had already called Mr Goyal and informed him what Suraj had said about the router. He tried explaining something about the shortage which was none of my concern and said he would speak to his boys and come back in 20 mins.

After a good 1 – 11/2 when Mr Goyal nor Mr More called, I called Mr Goyal only to be informed that he has spoken to his boys and they would come only to figure out the wires so that my electrician could go back. I sure like the audacity of that when my connection should have been completed on Thursday 6th June, on Monday 10th I was informed by the head of the jio department asking me to get the wires checked by both the parties.

So I had no choice but to give him an ultimatum that he either gets my connection in place by 4 today or refund my money and remove his wire coming to my box.

What I am surprised is that if this is how the customers are harassed before the installation what will happen later?? Another customer in the same society was harassed for one month.

My experience with your team has been one of anger, disgust and frustrations. Do you really think I would be able to recommend your product/services to any other friend or family or any neighboring society buildings?

I request you to please take this up seriously and the least we can expect from your team is the courtesy to pick up the calls and not treat the customers as if they are of no importance and that their time means nothing to you
