Dear Sir,

This message is from Mr. Sunil T Pillai.  I have a Jio Intenrnational roaming connection No. 9326731840.  At present me in Abu Dhabi.  I am arranging recharge plan for Rs. 1101/- for 28 days period.  My phone is neither getting incoming nor outgoing calls for more than a week now  even though it was recharged for Rs. 1101/-.  I am unable to get the complaint number from my Jio mobile in order to make a complaint.

Please help me by checking the reason and rectifying the problem at the earliest.
