I have made a recharge of international roaming on 16th March 2019 worth of 1102 RS.
The pack didn’t get activated as I didn’t receive any message or network throughout my journey. When I landed to India on 19th March 2019 I received message that my pack got activated. I called customer care to refund my money as I haven’t use any services over international roaming. But the company is denying to return the money. I attached the evidence about the pack activation conformation.

I have done International roaming recharge of Rs. 1101 after reaching UAE after confirmation from jio customer care. Later my money got deducted and i can see transaction is success but i am not able to get network. i have communicated on this with customer care and made several followup but till date it has not yet resolved even after 1 week of recharge.
