The Jio representative called me and threatened me to recharge the number otherwise the number will be transferred to other customer name. The number is linked to my bank account and the OTP are confidential which can’t be allowed to access by any one without my permission. It’s completely my wish to recharge or no and I don’t see any other company like Airtel, Vodafone threatening like this ever. It completely relies with customer which sim they wish to keep active and it’s no offense to keep multiple sim. They can block incoming calls which is acceptable but changing the ownership is ridiculous and offense.
Please take strict action on this.

Same thing happened to me.
I to have received multiple calls from Jio customer service ( 7015592412 ) and threatening me like they are from bank and i have not paid any loan.
Recharge kyu nahi kara rahe, kab kara rahe hai, jaldi batao nahi to apka number band kar dungi.
Yes this is ridiculous, harassing Indian public with all the ads that promote so many false offers
I too agree that this is harassment
