Text of Complaint by Abhinay Kumar:

Dear Sir/Madam,

(i) The name, description and address of the complainant.

Name – Jio

Description – Jio maintains the intercom connection in our society. After I shifted to flat, after request, jio people installed and configured the intercom number in flat. But the number of intercom configured wrong, which is not as per pettern defined. It should be #346082.

(iii) The facts relating to complaint and when and where it arose.

The complaint has been raised at all levels in jio by myself and by the society secretary and chairman but the status is still same.

(iv) Documents in support of the facts contained in the complaint.

The all emails regarding communication is available with me since January 2020.

(v) The relief sought.

The intercom number should be corrected and the Rs.10,00,000.00(Rupees Ten Lakhs only) should be compensated against this irresponsible behavior and the mental harassment in daily calling, following up and the irritation held due to this.

I am living in bldg no-46, flat no-802, NRI complex, phase-1, the intercom facility into flat is being provided by Jio fibre connection. while i have shifted to flat 802/46 on september 2019, i requested the society and book a request to Jio for installation of intercom in my flat. Immediatly in a month, jio people come and installed the intercom connection through fibre. But the number assigned to my intercom was alloted some wrong number, where i used to get unwanted calls which disturbs us. As per the pattern defind, the correct intercom number should be 346082.

It become a miserable experience, daily to follow up and get unwanted calls of other flats, which now irritate me and my family. And, now after getting fed-up, I lost hope in despondent Jio support in correcting my intercom number, I am requesting your intervene in correcting the intercom number, which earlier seems a very small problem. But it is now approaching three(3) long unhappy years and the problem is still there.

The all communications with Jio is with me but unable to  attached here.

The Jio will not get jolt for small amount of claim to learn something. I request your quick action in this regard and to compensate me.
