We have return the JIO GIGA FIBER and they said refund will come in a week but it didn’t came

I (Chanchal Kochhar) have not received refund for jio gigafiber. Their representative picked up the router from us on 10th feb 2021 and informed that amount will be credited to us in 15 -20 days. Till now refund has not been made. no one responds at their customer care number, making impossible for us to contact them back to know the status.
