I am ved prakash have not received refund for jio gigafiber. Their representative picked up the router from us on 1st august 2021 and informed that amount will be credited to us in 10-14 days. Till now 3rd September 2021 refund has not been made. no one responds at their customer care number, making impossible for us to contact them back to know the status.
