I have disconnected the Jio Connection in the month of October and Jio person came and collected all the Boxes related to Internet. In the month of November I was credited with 2250 instead of 4500. When I called Customer care for multiple times, they gave the same answer stating that we are looking in it. But till now there is no complete Refund from them. I sent multiple mails to them but I got the same reply stating that we are looking into it.
