Hello,

I applied and paid for a JIO Fibernet connection last week on 19.06.2019 and the installation was scheduled on 20.06.2019 at 4.15pm.
They installed the modem at 7pm and said they had an issue with the activation due to delayed installation on their side. I was told the issue will be rectified and activated on 21.06.2019. Since then, I haven’t heard back from the team and they still haven’t rectified the issue. I don’t get any proper response when I call the person in charge Mr.Pandiyan.
 
Eventually, I called the customer toll fee number and registered a complaint on Saturday evening and got a confirmation that the issue will be resolved on Monday (24.06.2019). But nothing has happened yet and I am left with no broadband connection for the last 6days. I totally regret going with JIO Fibernet
