My name is shankar from Visakhapatnam, i taken a new connection on 21/06/2019 and i paid 4,500 rs. I just used 2 days, somebody intentionally disconnected my wire. 23/06/2019 on wards i given 3 complaints no service person has come. I keep on follow up Jio custmare care and local jio team people. They are not responded properly, if they cant give proper service to the customers why the maintain the this kind of big organisations.
