As the Jio broadband sales person said that jio is doing a trail survey for Jio Giga broadband. The deposit money for Jio Giga Fiber was Rs 4500. They said that you will get the refund after if you disconnect the service. Right now after following up a several number of times with jio customer care they are saying they will take request and the request is getting with in a day without any resolution. Please help me to refund my money back.

M/S Super Womenia Lifestyle LLP has surrendered JIO FIBER connection on 26th December 2020 and Modem has been surender to JIO REPRESENTATIVE on 06th January 2021. Since then I have been waiting for my security deposits to be refunded.
