Hi,
On saturday 14th december i paid 5700 rs for silver plan and i got giga fiber box but technician did not activated it. He told me by evening it will be activated but till today it not working, not activated yet. I paid full amount of money but my giga fiber not activated yet. It has been more than a week.
I need my full refund because it didn’t work single day, not activated from your side.
Please help asap.
