sir my previous jio plan of rs 448 was ending and I got notification for recharge of 399 in which I will get some cashback and get 1.5 gb daily data and 1.5 gb daily vouchers total of 3gb data .
they credited voucher on my account on the day I got recharge of 399 as normal people I thought my existing plan has been canceled and my new plan was renewd one day my daily data got exhausted so I used my voucher of 1.5 gb as I thought my new plan was working
now today on 12-7-2018 my data was exhausted I checked there was no 1.5 gb voucher on my plan then I called on jio no they were giving foolish explanation tht I used voucher with previous plan if tht was so there policy they should not credit my voucher with previous plan now I am facing the problem and they are not helping .
they are saying tht I cant get my 1.5 gb vouchers for rest of my plan that was there fault 1. why did they ccombine two plans on my no? they are counting validty of previous plan with vouchers of new plan 2.
if they did so then why they didn’t cancel the validity of existing plan or they could mention that redeeming voucher will make me face this problem .this is simply there fault I need my jio plan as they promised.thanks
