I have taken the Jio Fibrenet connection (Service ID- 299140027949)

At the time of installation, I was being told that the whole amount (1500 RS) is refunded if you disconnect your connection within 30 days and if it is over 30 days and you have not used or done any recharge of Jio Fibre then also you will get full refund. But, now I am being told that if it over 30 days your 1000 RS will not be refunded and it will be deducted as “Installation charges” even if you have not used our services or done any recharge.

I need to know when I have not used the services after 30 days then why I am being charged and if I am charged then why the Jio router is being taken.
