Hello sir , this is becoming sickness to us. Every now and then my jio fibre disconnects and now it totally got cut off the cable. This is the 5 th item it is happening . Jio service engineers are not laying cables from the pole properly and it is being cut off today (22.03.2023) When i raised a complaint to jio customer care the appointment time they have given is by 28.3.2023 so we have to wait for another 5 days for engineer to come ..then how about our money . Its a jio prepaid service whicjh means we are paying in advance to get whole month connection .in that what is a point for being witout internet for 5 days. It is our customers loss and we still have to pay. I want consuner court to take action against these things ..customer should get instant service .
