Hi,
I have a query regarding the subjected service ID.
I had requested an uninstallation of my JioFibre device.
Scheduled order number was : CO0000DASNJM
Device was picked up on 16th Aug 2021
Engineer visited my location, picked my device and requested for OTP.
I checked my registered number for OTP, but found some issues with my Information.
My name was wrongly spelled as Rajan Sharma
My real name is Rajat Sharma.
I informed the same to site engineer.
He said he will speak to his team and get this corrected.
Now it’s been 14 days but I haven’t received any refund yet.
I am thinking if this delay is because of wrong spelling in my name.
I tried to reach Jio fibre customer care but I am never able to reach to any executive. They ask for my registered number. As soon as I enter my number, I get an option which says press 1 to call Jiofibre to your home.
After this, I reached out to engineer who had picked my device. He said he cannot do anything and asked me to reach out to customer care.
I am not getting any response from anyone.All of engineers are super rude.
I am going to file a complain against Jio in consumer court and police station as well.
I need my money Rs 2500 back!!!!
