On 16.07.22, I paid a sum of Rs.3536.46 through my credit card tows 3 months subscription which was acknowledged by them and a receipt was issued showing PREPAID CARD–SALE but the company sent me e-,bills for post paid connection. I have been communicating with them since December 2022 but no result. They send copy/paste replies for my mails.
