i hv purchased jio fiber connection one of a location in jammu city on 02/01/2021 but didnt get installed by the time. i have tried contacting many times to the sales executive the person who picked my order but he is compleletly not responding to my calls .if this kind of service ll get then is better to switch to some other better service provider
