We had our jio fibre connection cancelled last month and the team came and picked up the device. We were told that we would receive a full refund in 7-14 days since device was in great condition. Yesterday, we received a refund but only ₹500. On asking the person in charge, we were told that a full refund is not possible. This is quite un acceptable. Why should we forego ₹1000 for no fault of ours?
