I paid my deposit for the Jio Fibre connection on 29th of November 2020. It is 6th January 2021 today and the connection has still not been installed. Despite calling the customer service people everyday there is no resolution. Even when I have written an email for my refund there was no response. My money has been stuck with the company and there is no way to get it back.
