Its only been 2months since i took new connection of jio but 4 times the wire has been cut. At time of installation i told their engineer that the connection port is very far approx 100m and he said nothing will happen. I live near road and there is vehicular movement, trucks pass by there. i also informed their customer service exicutive last time but nothing has happened till now and will not happen that i know. Kindly help
