Text of Complaint by Ravindra:

Jio fibre was installed at my home on july 26, 2022. I pre paid for 6 month package and got a voucher for a month at no extra cost. But my services have stopped now and i am being asked to pay 550rs for the month of January although january month usage was free for me because of the voucher i got for 6 month initial payment package. And additional bill to be paid for the month of February is also in the pipeline but right now i am asked to pay bill for January for resumption of services. Also if i paid for 6months initially before using jio fibre services, how can my connection be post paid now? The services of my connection should have been stopped as soon as my 6 month package was over if that was the case like it happens in pre paid connections. Jio fibre is fooling the customers by initially taking payment from customers so that they believe it is pre paid. And when they stop using it, they tell yours is post paid connection. Terrible.
