Took Jio fiber 4k STB and router on 1st September 2022 by paying 3 months advance about 5,300 rupees. Clarity of the channels was so dull and faded out in colors. Jio technicians came and tried but they couldn’t do any thing. Some of Etv channels are not there in Jio. Remote operation is also very laggy. I complained all of these to Jio care and they accepted to take back connection and give my money back on 2nd September itself. From that day till today 24-9-2022, no technician came. Every day I raise complaint with customer care and the same night they close complaint without resolution. I mailed and called Appellate authority, they said they could resolve my problem ASAP. Later Appellate authority office blocked my phone number. If I call any jio related office they give some other office phone number and this circle is going on without end. Nobody taking responsibility. On top of all this mess, I am getting fraud calls from the day when I took Jio fiber connection.
